Se pun intr-o tava de dimensiuni potrivite cu 100g de unt, un\nmanunchi de chimbrisor si rozmarin, sare. Se adauga cam 150 ml de apa.\nAcoperiti tava cu folie de aluminiu, verificati sa fie stransa bine. Apoi se\npune in cuptor 1 ora la 180 de grade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Muschiulet de porc:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se curata de membrane bucatile de\nmuschiulet, se taie in bucati mari (daca doriti sa obtineti bucati mai frumoase,\ntaiati capetele). Pe tocator rasniti (sau se poate face in mojar) piper negru\nsi Sichuan (daca aveti, daca nu e ok si doar negru) o cantitate generoasa. Apoi\naveti grija sa acoperiti muschiuletul pe fiecare parte cu piper si presarati\nsare. Puneti o tigaie pe foc la incins. Adaugati in tigaie un strop de ulei sau\nunt. Cand s-a incins tigaia puneti o crenguta de rozmarin si cam cateii de\nusturoi, pot fi curatati sau doar zdrobiti usor (bucurati-va de moment :P), apoi\ndati fata pe fiecare parte muchiuletului de porc (sa fie bine bronzat). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cuptorul incins la 180 de grade puneti\ntigaia cu muschiulet si tava cu legumele ce au stat inainte la cuptor, dar fara\nfolia de aluminiu 12- 15 minute in functie de cat de gatita va doriti sa fie\ncarnea.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sos Chimichurri:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luati toate verdeturile pe care\nle aveti prin casa: cimbrisor, rozmarin, busuioc, oregano, patrunjel si\ntaiatile marunt.
