Dupa ce a fiert se adauga o lingurita de pudra de curry si sare  dupa gust. Intr-un wok (\/tigaie\/cratita) se pune ulei la incins. Apoi adaugam usturoiul taiat felii si ghimbirul pentru a aroma uleiul. Cand s-au rumenit ii scoatem si adaugam dovleacul (taiat cuburi), apio(taiata felii), cardamon si scortisoara la calit. Apoi  se adauga rosiile si apa cat sa acopere dovleacul. Dupa ce s-a evaporate apa, se verifica daca este gatit dovleacul si se adauga sare si piper.
