Se pune intr-o cratita micuta cu apa cat sa o  acopere. Puneti un capac si o lasati pe foc mic. Cand s-a evaporate apa (aveti grija sa nu se arda, incepe sa sfaraie cand nu mai este apa ), o luati de pe foc, adaugati untul, sare si piper si se da in blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salata se stropeste cu uleiul de masline, otet balsamic si se adauga sare si piper dupa gust. Se amesteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pune o tigaie cu ulei la incins, se da fata carnii si se condimenteaza cu sare si piper, adaugam si usturoiul taiat in doua , apoi se baga in cuptorul preincalzit la 180-200 *C, 15-20 de minute. (Poate de multe ori v-ati intrebat cum puteti sa testati carnea fara termometru, cel mai simplu mod e sa o apasati, daca este tare inseamna ca e facuta, sa nu fie totusi scandura :)))<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gatitul trebuie sa fie o experienta care sa va puna in functiune toate simturile, bucurati-va de mirosul de piper proaspat rasnit, de mirosul plantelor aromatice, de texturi, de gusturi, doar asta inseamna sa traiesti.
