Cand apa incepe sa fiarba, se limpezeste bine quinoa si se pune la fiert, cam 15 minute. Intr-un bol se amesteca quinoa fiarta, legumele taiate cuburi(1\/2 cm), patrunjelul taiat marunt, ouale si se adauga sare si piper dupa gust.  Formele se ung cu putin ulei si se imparte compozitia. Se lasa la cuptor cam 25 de minute, la 180 *C. Reteta se poate face in fel de fel de combinatii, cu cas, cu spanac, seminte, vinete, carne.
