Tocmai cand pregateam pestele sa-l bag in cuptor. Asa ca pac am taiat cuburi gutuia si am trantit-o in tava, langa peste. Nu parea o potrivire chiar perfecta intre ingrediente, dar fix asta imi place mie in bucatarie &#8211; sa incerc lucruri noi, sa mi le imaginez si sa ma bucur de rezultat. Cartofii se taie cuburi mari (cam de 2.5\/2.5) si se pun cu apa si sare la fiert. Se pregateste o tava cu hartie de copt. Se feliaza o jumatate de lamaie. Fiecare catel de usturoiul se taie in 3 feliute. Lamaia, cimbrisorul si usturoiul se pun in peste, precum si sare si piper, atat in interior cat si pe deasupra. Punem pestele si gutuia taiata cuburi mari in tava, iar pe deasupra picuram uleiul de masline. Pestele se lasa in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 * C, 20 de minute, si inca 5 cu ventilatie, pentru o piele crocanta.  Se strecoara cartofii, peste care se pune untul si patrunjelul taiat marunt.
