Se lasa la racit in vasul de la mixer\nvreo 10-15 minute. Intre timp se rade peste coaja de lamaie si portocala. Apoi se\nadauga treptat &nbsp;faina , scoartisoara,\npraful de copt si pentru cei mai indrazneti piperul Sichuan. Dupa ce s-a\nobtinut o compozitie omogena, se adauga ouale si laptele si se mixeaza. &nbsp;Amestecul se pune in tava tapetata si se\naseaza peste feliile de gutui, apoi se introduce in cuptorul preincalzit la\n170* C, 40 de minute.
