Acesta este unul dintre motivele pentru care am zis ca e timpul sa avem si noi o dieta mai sanatoasa si mai echilibrata. Punctul de plecare pentru reteta de azi au fost cartofii pe plita, atat de adorati cand eram in vacanta la bunici. Apoi se\npun pe plita (sau in tigaie ) si se gatesc pe fiecare parte. Sfecla se coace in\ncuptor, sau gasiti gata coapta. O curatati si se taie in 8-10 bucati.&nbsp; Mix-ul de alune si nuci se prajeste in\ntigaie.
